The Arrow Center for Education Schools are designed to provide special education and related services to students in a nonpublic setting. Our schools are located in Baltimore and Harford County in Maryland, but serve students across the state of a wide variety of ages, educational needs, and learning profiles. Students who attend our schools have often not found success in other settings, and we embrace the joy and challenge of helping write the first chapter of success with them and their family.
