The national awards for Educator of the Year, Related Service Provider of the Year, and Direct Care Provider of the Year are bestowed upon special education and adult service professionals through nominations by their respective NAPSEC-member schools.

Educator of the Year: Presented to an Educator of a NAPSEC member programs in recognition of excellence and innovation in meeting the needs of children and adults with special needs.

Related Service Provider of the Year: Presented to a professional staff member of a NAPSEC member program including clinicians and therapists in recognition of excellence and innovation in meeting the needs of children and adults with special needs.

Direct Care Provider of the Year: Presented to a staff member of a NAPSEC member program in recognition of excellence in meeting the needs of children and adults with special needs.
