2026 Legislative Day Agenda

Before we enter congressional offices, join us as we ground ourselves in purpose. Join fellow NAPSEC members for an optional morning walk along the Tidal Basin as we reflect on civil rights, federal responsibility, and the students and families we serve. We gather to remember that access to education is a civil right — and that federal policy shapes opportunity.
